Trendmention provides social listening and brand monitoring tools for Reddit and TikTok, including AI-powered sentiment analysis, alerts, and analytics dashboards. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected during checkout. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We offer a 14-day free trial on paid plans with no credit card required.

5. Data and Content

Trendmention aggregates publicly available content from Reddit and TikTok. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of collected data. You are responsible for how you use insights derived from the service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Trendmention platform, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your account data and keyword configurations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trendmention shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases immediately.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
